Non-Sworn Registration Criteria

This training is designed for multidisciplinary teams, including community partners, law enforcement, school districts, and professionals involved in gang prevention, intervention, and enforcement. It is also aimed at those responsible for implementing sustainable community strategies and keeping up with emerging gang trends.

Due to the nature of the material presented and the focus on high-risk and vulnerable youth who are on the pathway toward gang-associated behaviour or involvement, criteria will apply.

For non-sworn members, identification and verification of professional roles will be necessary during the registration process. Registrants are required to upload employment identification or confirm their professional position and agency affiliation as part of this process. The ONGIA Board will review and verify these submissions.

If concerns arise regarding the applicant’s area of work, additional clarification may be requested.

In cases where participation does not meet the required criteria, registration may be denied and a full refund will be provided.
